Peg City Showcase provides competitive Manitoba club teams with a circuit-style fall season featuring concentrated competition weekends, Power Rankings, player statistics and championship playoffs.
The Showcase calendar is established well in advance, helping clubs plan practices, tournaments and coaching commitments around known competition dates. Clubs can participate in:

Clubs can now reserve their 2027 Spring Target Score Series teams when registering for Showcase.
This enables clubs to:
- Build Spring competition into annual budgets

Fall Showcase
Format - Each team participates in three Showcase sessions.
Teams receive:
- Three games per session
- 9 guaranteed regular-season games
- Power Rankings following each session
- Championship playoffs
Results from each Showcase session contribute to team Power Rankings.
Following the third session, final Power Rankings determine seeding for the Showcase Championship Tournament.
Competition Structure
Showcase is designed for competitive 14U-17U club teams.
Teams compete within the appropriate Junior Varsity or Varsity Showcase structure based on age and division.
Registration & Pricing
Fall Showcase price: $2,750 per team
Registration includes:
- 9 guaranteed regular-season games
- Showcase Championship playoffs
- Game facilities

- Insurance
- Scheduling and league administration
- Gym supervision
- Game equipment
- Player statistics
Regular Spring Target Series price: $1,950 per team
Advance commitment price: $1,850 per team
- Reserve Spring: $250/team deposit
- Remaining Spring balance due in March: $1,600/team
Plans change. While Spring reservation deposits are non-refundable, clubs may transfer the deposit to another eligible Spring team within their organization.
Reserve your 2027 Spring Target Score Series team during Showcase registration to save $100 per team and lock Spring into your club budget from the start of the season.
Registration Process
Club Administrator
- Register the Showcase team through RAMP.
- Select the appropriate age/division.
- Pay the Showcase registration fee.
- Optionally reserve Spring Target Score Series participation.
- Peg City sends player registration invitations.
Parents
- Parents complete their athlete's required RAMP player registration.
- Only registered players are eligible to participate.

Spring Scheduling
The Spring Target Score Series is designed to complement the spring tournament season.
Clubs submit their tournament dates to Peg City so league scheduling can be built around known tournament commitments whenever possible.
Weekday games may be scheduled when teams are unavailable because of weekend tournaments.
This gives clubs consistent local competition while preserving flexibility for their broader spring tournament schedule.

Venues may vary by session, division and facility availability.
Club Responsibilities
Peg City Basketball is responsible for maintaining a safe competition environment.
Participating clubs are responsible for ensuring coaches meet all applicable requirements, including:
